Good to know
Prices are plus 6.35% CT sales tax. Unused turnovers reset each month. Over 14 lb is $2.75 per extra lb. Rush and same-day pickups cost extra. Plans are month to month with 30 days notice, plus one free pause a year.
Not included
Comforters and pillows, dry clean only items, heavy stains or biohazards, and anything not bagged.
When the route is full
New accounts join a waitlist. If a pickup window has to move, you get 48 hours notice.
